Job Description

Senior Research Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth
market, industry, and competitive research
to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Analyze large sets of quantitative and qualitative data; prepare
comprehensive reports and presentations
.
Work closely with business leaders to provide
insights that influence strategy, product, and investment decisions
.
Monitor global and local market developments, policies, and emerging technologies.
Design and manage
research frameworks, surveys, and models
for data collection and validation.
Ensure
accuracy, relevance, and timeliness
of all research outputs.
Mentor junior analysts, review their work, and enhance overall research quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in
Economics, Business, Finance, Statistics, or related fields
.
4–7 years of proven research/analysis experience
in consulting, research firms, or strategy teams.
Strong expertise in
secondary research, data analysis, and report writing
.
Proficiency in
Excel, PowerPoint, and research databases
(e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ).
Ability to convert complex data into
clear, actionable insights
for senior stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong business acumen and problem-solving approach.
