Role Overview: As a Senior Industry Analyst at Frost & Sullivan's Industrial Growth Opportunity Analytics (GOA) practice, you are a recognized expert in your market sector with a strong track record of identifying strategic growth opportunities. Your role involves providing deep insight and thought leadership to GOA, shaping client strategies, and driving impact. You will lead key Growth Advisory projects, interact with clients, spearhead presentations, and support business development initiatives. Your role is crucial in helping organizations unlock their next wave of growth. Key Responsibilities: - Research & Analysis: - Utilize primary and secondary research to an advanced level - Establish networks of industry contacts - Conduct market segmentations, forecasts, and detailed market analysis - Identify and analyze growth opportunities within your area of industry expertise - Content Creation: - Deliver high-quality GOA deliverables - Provide content for the GOA offering and Best Practices Award program - Focus on market growth opportunities and Companies 2 Action - Contribute to GOA subscriptions as a market expert - Client Interactivity and Growth Coaching: - Work directly with clients on various sessions and workshops - Lead client presentations and discussions - Engage in valuable interactions with clients regarding market growth opportunities - Thought Leadership and Visibility: - Showcase market expertise and thought leadership on social media - Present growth opportunity presentations - Give press interviews and presentations at conferences/seminars - Produce GOA material for Think Tank sessions - IP Development: - Generate new ideas for GOA topics, products, and services - Contribute to the development of innovative solutions in your focus area - Business Development: - Support the Sales Team as needed - Pass GOA leads to Account Executives - Engage directly with clients to support AEs - Additional Responsibilities: - Take responsibility for completing GOA deliverables - Produce Best Practice Awards - Develop Frost Radars - Contribute to GPaaS and Brand & Demand Solutions projects Qualifications Required: - Educational background in engineering, business, market research, economics, journalism, or technology - 7-8 years of analyst/consulting experience in a Consulting and/or Advisory services environment - Strong research and writing skills - Understanding of consulting methodologies and business modeling - Knowledge of the Machines/Industrial Equipment industry - Proficiency in developing data deliverables for industrial and circular economy metrics - Curiosity and enthusiasm for becoming a thought leader in the industry - Networking skills to create and manage client relationships - Excellent communication skills in English - Desire to learn public presentation skills and defend analysis professionally - Team player mindset focused on collaboration and professional development Company Details: Frost & Sullivan, a Transformational Growth Journey Company, partners with clients to develop growth strategies by focusing on innovation, disruptive technologies, mega trends, and emerging markets.
