Senior Research Analyst

As a Senior Research Analyst, your role will involve conducting data analysis to support business decisions, solve complex problems, and provide insights on existing solutions. You will be responsible for: - Carrying out analytical tasks and opportunity sizing analyses for internal clients in Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Product departments. - Developing reporting products through data analysis and aggregation tools to drive capability growth. - Identifying and defining process and data improvements. Your major responsibilities will include: - Pulling, interpreting, and analyzing complex data to extract meaningful summaries, trends, and opportunities. - Collaborating with the team to provide analytical support, reporting, and project implementation for internal clients. - Assisting in developing innovative solutions for more streamlined and automated reporting. - Creating reports using BI reporting tools like Excel and Tableau for projects related to call center, claims, and utilization data. - Ensuring data quality and integrity through regular QA checks and validation. In terms of technical skills, you should have proficiency in: - Data analysis tools such as SQL, Google Big Query, SSRS, and Visual Studio. - SSRS and Visual Studio for automating reports and process improvements. - Advanced Tableau skills including creating interactive dashboards and calculations. - Understanding of healthcare claims and insurance data structures. - Working with large datasets and performing complex data manipulations. - Competency in MS Excel including VLOOKUPs, tables, and formulas. This role will require you to leverage your skills in data analysis, research, Tableau, reporting, and the ability to drive insights from data to support the organization's strategic decisions.,
