Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive equity research on companies within the emerging markets, specifically in Asia and India.
Analyze financial statements, industry trends, and macroeconomic factors to assess investment opportunities.
Develop and maintain financial models to forecast company performance and valuation.
Write detailed research reports and investment recommendations for internal and external clients.
Monitor and interpret market news and trends that may impact investment strategies.
Collaborate with portfolio managers and other team members to discuss research findings and investment ideas.
Present research findings and investment recommendations to stakeholders.
Maintain and update databases and research tools to ensure accurate and timely information.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; CFA or equivalent is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in equity research, with a focus on emerging markets, particularly in Asia and India.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Proficient in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research tools.
