Senior Recruitment Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in UAE international hiring to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for UAE-based roles across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for clients based in the UAE, across sectors such as real estate, hospitality, healthcare, retail, construction, etc.
• Understand client requirements thoroughly and deliver suitable candidates within timelines.
• Source candidates using a variety of channels including job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Conduct detailed screening interviews and evaluate candidate suitability for roles in terms of skills, experience, and relocation readiness.
• Coordinate client interviews, feedback, and offer rollouts.
• Maintain strong relationships with UAE clients, ensuring consistent communication and high satisfaction levels.
• Stay updated with UAE labor laws, visa processes, and market trends.
• Mentor and support junior recruiters as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on UAE international hiring.
• Proven success in placing candidates for mid to senior-level positions across industries in the UAE.
• Excellent understanding of the UAE job market, hiring standards, and visa documentation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment software.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and open positions simultaneously.
• Graduate in any discipline; a degree in HR or related field is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
