Property Consultant

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our high-profile clients, ensuring exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships. You will play a pivotal role in understanding client needs, driving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of our business. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and ensure client satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities and upsell services to existing clients. Monitor market trends and client feedback to provide insights for continuous improvement. Prepare and present regular reports on client engagement, sales performance, and relationship status. Qualifications : Minimum 5 year experience in real estate sales with demonstrated understanding of property markets Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar client-facing role, preferably in real estate, luxury retail. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
