Job Description

Work closely with managers to understand the clients hiring needs for each position and achieve competitive hiring goals and expectations.
Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle across multiple open roles, ensuring the ability to find, hire, and retain quality talent.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal management teams to understand their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications.
Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms, including social media and job boards.
tilize multiple recruiting sources and implement innovative recruitment strategies to find quality candidates and generate new business prospects.
Screen resumes and prospects, qualify and interview candidates, and manage the entire interview processfrom preparation to final offer negotiation.
Maintain a detailed database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired employees, exited employees, and other candidate interactions.
Follow up on interview progress and update internal databases regularly with accurate status information.
