About Zepcruit:

At Zepcruit, we are redefining the future of hiring with AI-powered recruitment solutions that cut hiring time by upto 90% and costs by 50–75%. Backed by innovative technology, our mission is simple: make hiring fast, intelligent, and bias-free - for companies and candidates alike.

We are now building our core team and looking for a Senior Recruiter who will play a pivotal role in scaling talent acquisition for both our clients and Zepcruit’s internal growth.


Key Responsibilities

Client Hiring:

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for client mandates across industries and domains.
  • Understand client requirements deeply and translate them into precise hiring strategies.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using both traditional methods, AI tools and Zepcruit’s AI recruitment platform.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.

Internal Hiring (Zepcruit):

  • Partner with leadership to build Zepcruit’s internal teams across tech, sales, operations, and support.
  • Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline aligned with Zepcruit’s rapid growth vision.

Recruitment Strategy & Leadership:

  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters/interns to build a high-performing recruitment team.
  • Leverage data-driven insights (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, pipeline conversion) to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless use of Zepcruit’s AI platform in all recruitment workflows, setting an example for clients.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and nurture relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide timely updates and deliver high-quality experiences for hiring managers and candidates alike.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (agency + in-house experience preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple client mandates while balancing internal hiring priorities.
  • Strong sourcing expertise across job portals, LinkedIn, networks, and creative channels.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with an eagerness to adopt and champion new-age recruitment technology.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit - someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
