Senior Recruiter

Work Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM -Includes 1 Hour Break (Mon – Sat) Weekly off: Sunday Key Responsibilities: 1.     End-to-end recruitment process management. 2.     Work on domestic, overseas, or any special recruitment projects as assigned by management. 3.     Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, etc.), social media, and internal references. 4.     Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation. 5.     Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth interview process. (Sundays also Interview happens as we work for Overseas / Gulf Clients) 6.     Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker for ongoing and future requirements. 7.     Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of positions. 8.     Build a strong pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs. 9.     Partner with hiring managers / clients / Companies to understand job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop effective sourcing strategies. 10.  Negotiate offers with selected candidates and coordinate pre-joining documentation. 11.  Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 12.  Maintain compliance with company policies and labour laws during hiring. 13.  Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs or recruitment drives. 14.  Be willing to travel for interview drives, recruitment campaigns, and other hiring /  consultation-related events as required.
