Overview

As a Senior Recruiter (non-tech) role at Licious, you will play a critical role in attracting top talent across non-tech functions such as Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance and Category Management. You’ll be working from our Bengaluru office in a 5-day in-office setup.

• Drive entire recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for both candidates & stakeholders
• Partner closely with business leaders across functions to deeply understand talent needs and shape effective hiring strategies
• Build innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent; including developing strong pipeline of passive candidates
• Manage candidate pipelines with care, ensuring every interaction is meaningful, transparent & engaging
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine role requirements and provide consultative insights that elevate hiring decisions
• Strengthen relationships with stakeholders by offering proactive, solutions-oriented support
• Leverage data and market intelligence to set realistic expectations, influence decision-making, and continuously improve recruitment outcomes

We hope that you have...

• 2-6 years’ full-time experience in a recruitment role preferably with start-ups / FMCG companies / FoodTech domain
• Expertise in implementing end-to-end recruitment life cycle
• Excellent stakeholder management experience
• A self-starter mindset with the resilience to grow
• A strong ability to leverage data and insights to influence hiring decisions
• Proficiency in google suite tools for data management & presentations
• Willingness to work in a 5 day work from office environment
