Overview

As a Senior Recruiter in the oil & gas sector, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for technical and non-technical roles across upstream, midstream, and downstream operations. act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, leveraging deep industry knowledge to attract top-tier talent in a competitive and evolving market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through ATS, job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networks.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates using behavioral and technical evaluation methods.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate on boarding in collaboration with HR and operations teams.
• Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking functions to build talent pools.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Provide market intelligence and recruitment metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in oil & gas, Hospitality, Construction, Manufacturing sectors.
• Strong understanding of technical roles from Mid level to Top management level.
• Proficiency in ATS platforms and Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions.
