Key Responsibilities

Understanding Hiring Needs

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.

Define job descriptions and candidate profiles.

Talent Sourcing

Use job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to attract candidates.

Maintain and expand a talent pipeline for current and future needs.

Screening & Shortlisting

Review resumes and applications.

Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Interview Coordination

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.

Guide candidates through the selection process.

Candidate Engagement

Build relationships with candidates to maintain a positive experience.

Provide timely feedback and updates.

Reporting & Compliance

Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and databases.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Academic Qualification

• Bachelors degree required
• Experience in TA domain
• Strong written & verbal communication skills required
• Demonstrates proficient expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Important Note-

• Its 5 days working from office model
• Working week is from Monday to Friday
• Shift timings : 9 hrs shift (general day shift)
