You will be a partner and trusted advisor to our hiring managers in finding and hiring best-in-class candidates in a variety of engineering roles across our India region.You will partner with Business leaders to build out our growing teams. This a full cycle recruiting role from creation to sourcing, screening, candidate management and offer. We need someone with strong technical recruiting experience, that is driven, eager, play to win and able to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
What You'll Do
- Partner and collaborate with our Hiring Managers/teams and HR business partners in providing talent insights, market intelligence, understanding flight risks in their team or upcoming attrition, and delivering outstanding hiring support.
- Drive innovative sourcing solutions to attract the best talent
- Leading intake meetings with the hiring team and develop a comprehensive and executable search strategy.
- Design and implement external candidate recruiting programs that attract top talent
- Work with key leaders to identify current and future hiring needs and support workforce planning strategies
- Advise hiring managers on talent availability, salary ranges and trends
- Attract and recruit the top quality talent in a cost effective and time efficient manner - Coming to the table with new innovative ways to attract talent.
- Manage offer management process with both Hiring Leaders and Candidates.
- Present talent acquisition strategy and updates to Key Business Leaders

Who You Are
- 10+ years of Recruitment experience, 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with a track record of closing high-quality candidates, S ecurity technology recruiting experience is a plus.
- Leadership Hiring - Experience with interviewing and evaluating candidates for senior positions
- Sourcing - Experience in building a robust pipeline of high-caliber talent, and the ability to demonstrate creativity in search methods
- Demonstrable ability to successfully prioritize and lead a large and diverse requisition load in a dynamic, constantly evolving work environment while remaining delivery focused.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; ability to get along with team members and candidates of all stature with professionalism and tact.
