We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer who can design, build, and ship high‑quality B2C mobile apps that reach millions of learners on both iOS and Android . You will operate with a founder‑style, ownership‑first mindset —owning features end‑to‑end, mentoring teammates, and relentlessly pushing for world‑class user experiences. Key Responsibilities Build & Ship – Design, develop, and deploy React Native apps for iOS & Android using TypeScript and modern state‑management (Redux / Context API). Pixel‑Perfect UI – Implement Figma‑ready designs and animation with sharp attention to detail and accessibility. API Integration – Consume REST (and occasionally GraphQL) endpoints, handle offline sync, and manage auth flows. Performance & Quality – Profile, debug, and optimise apps; write clean, scalable, maintainable code with comprehensive testing. CI/CD & Releases – Automate pipelines (GitHub/GitLab), manage build signing, and drive releases through App Store & Google Play review. Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Product, Design, Backend, and Data teams in an asynchronous remote setup; communicate clearly in written & spoken English. Mentorship & Leadership – Guide junior developers, introduce best practices, and uphold coding standards. Continuous Improvement – Stay ahead of React Native, React.js, and broader mobile/web trends; proactively suggest improvements. Core Technical Skills (Must‑Have) React Native (iOS + Android) React.js for web SPA/component architectures JavaScript / TypeScript State Management – Redux, Context API, or equivalents REST API integration Debugging & Performance Profiling – Flipper, React DevTools, Xcode/Android Studio profilers Mobile CI/CD – Fastlane, EAS, or similar; Git‑based workflows (GitHub/GitLab) App Store & Google Play submission and release process Additional Full‑Stack / Web Skills (Nice‑to‑Have) Next.js (SSR, routing, performance) Node.js (basic backend/services) Cloud – GCP preferred (AWS/Azure acceptable) Mobile Analytics – Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude E‑learning / SaaS domain familiarity Soft Skills & Mindset Remote Collaboration – Effective asynchronous communication, strong documentation habit Founder‑Style Ownership – Bias for action, ability to work with imperfect specs and drive clarity Proactive Problem‑Solving – Anticipate issues and propose solutions before they escalate Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience building React Native applications, including at least 2 large‑scale B2C appsin production. Demonstrated success shipping to millions of users globally. Proven expertise in the Must‑Have skills listed above. Track record of writing clean, testable, and maintainable code and running code reviews. Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote environment. Preferred Extras Experience with server‑side rendering using Next.js. Exposure to Cloud Functions / micro‑services on GCP. Hands‑on with mobile analytics and A/B testing.
