Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Native Developer with 3–4 years of experience to lead and manage mobile application development. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in React Native (Android & iOS), experience working on payments, releases, OTA updates, and will be responsible for guiding a team of 5 developers. This role also involves contributions to web development using React.js and Next.js.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native for both Android and iOS platforms.

Lead and mentor a 5-member development team, ensuring efficient collaboration, task planning, and high-quality code delivery.

Manage end-to-end project execution including requirement analysis, development, QA coordination, releases, and post-release support.

Implement and manage features such as payments, SDK integrations, push notifications, OTA updates, and secure authentication flows.

Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and smooth user experience across devices.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend engineers, QA, and product managers.

Handle build processes, CI/CD pipelines, and app-store release cycles for both platforms.

Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL services, and third-party tools for enhanced functionality.

Contribute to web development initiatives using React.js and Next.js, including reusable components and performance improvements.

Stay updated with the latest mobile and web development trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

3–4 years of hands-on experience in React Native app development.

Strong proficiency in React Native, Redux, React Hooks, and JavaScript (ES6+).

Proven experience in payments integration, mobile releases, OTA updates, and build management.

Experience in leading a technical team (team size up to 5 developers).

Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, debugging, and performance tuning.

Experience working on e-commerce or high-scale consumer applications is a strong plus. Good understanding of React.js and Next.js for web development.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end development cycles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
