Senior Java Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with 5 to 7 years of Java development experience. Your expertise should include Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and hands-on familiarity with relational (MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB) databases. Additionally, experience with ReactJS or Next.js is considered advantageous. In this role, you will focus on constructing scalable, high-performance backend services with a clean architecture and seamless integration with front-end systems. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing robust backend systems using Core Java, Spring, and Spring Boot. You will implement scalable, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices and design patterns. Furthermore, you will architect and optimize relational database schemas and queries using MySQL, as well as work with DynamoDB or other NoSQL databases to create scalable data solutions. You will leverage Hibernate for efficient ORM and data access layers within enterprise applications, ensuring smooth integration between backend logic and data storage layers. Additionally, you will utilize Maven for managing project builds and dependencies, assist in streamlining deployment pipelines, and collaborate closely with front-end developers to integrate backend services with ReactJS or Next.js front-ends. Your role will also involve writing clean, modular, and well-documented code, reviewing peer code, mentoring junior developers, and maintaining high standards across the team. You will actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, provide estimations, break down tasks, and deliver in iterative cycles. Moreover, you will troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and service outages, as well as monitor application performance and implement improvements proactively. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of Java fundamentals, OOP, collections, exception handling, and multithreading. Strong hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate is required, along with expertise in managing builds and dependency structures using Maven. Proficiency in MySQL and working knowledge of DynamoDB or other NoSQL solutions are essential. Experience with ReactJS or Next.js front-end applications, Git, and Agile methodologies is also necessary. Exposure to AWS or similar platforms, experience with microservices architecture, familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes, and knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices are considered desirable skills. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, and the ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.,
