Quality Analyst Engineer

As a QA Engineer at Codingmart Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of web and mobile applications through rigorous testing and quality assurance practices. With 02 years of experience in software testing, you will collaborate closely with development teams to identify and resolve software defects, contributing to the delivery of robust and high-performing applications. Your responsibilities will include executing manual and automated test cases, documenting and tracking software defects, and working with the development team to reproduce and resolve identified issues. You will also be involved in test planning and documentation, creating detailed and structured test plans and test cases, as well as maintaining accurate testing documentation and status reports. In addition to your testing responsibilities, you will actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, suggesting process enhancements to improve software quality and efficiency. Effective communication with developers, product managers, and designers will be essential to ensure timely delivery of quality releases. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, basic programming knowledge with familiarity in scripting or automation tools, keen attention to detail to identify even the smallest inconsistencies, and clear written and verbal communication skills to report bugs and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a basic understanding of SDLC and STLC. The role is based in Coimbatore and involves working from the office.
