Senior UI/UX Designer

Role Overview We're seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to elevate and evolve our product experience. You'll shape how developers and engineers interact with our platform, balancing technical functionality with engaging, intuitive design that supports our "learn by doing" philosophy. Key Responsibilities Redesign and enhance the user experience across our platform, including course interfaces, labs, playgrounds and learning pathways across web and mobile. Create intuitive, developer-friendly interfaces that balance playfulness with professionalism Develop prototypes and wireframes to test design concepts quickly Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement design solutions Establish design systems and guidelines that maintain consistency while allowing for rapid iteration Conduct user research to understand our B2C and B2B customers' needs and pain points Design personalized learning experiences that adapt to individual user journeys Requirements 3 to 5 years of UI/UX design experience, with at least 1 to 2 years in SaaS Strong portfolio demonstrating technical product design for sophisticated user bases Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate based on feedback Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles Strong communication skills to advocate for user-centered design Experience with data-driven design decisions and A/B testing Keen eyes and attention to detail Bonus Points if you have Worked in EdTech, B2B products Experience designing for developer or technical audiences Experience in mobile products Product Culture at KodeKloud At KodeKloud, We Embrace a lean, iterative approach to product development Prioritize quick MVPs to test ideas and validate demand before full implementation Value hands-on experimentation over lengthy planning cycles Balance developer-friendly functionality with engaging, playful elements Design for our technical audience with respect for their expertise Believe in continuous improvement through user feedback and data Strive to create AI-driven personalized learning experiences Work in collaborative, cross-functional teams that move quickly If you're passionate about creating impactful learning experiences for the next generation of tech professionals and thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment, we'd love to hear from you.
