Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze large datasets from multiple e-commerce sources to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Design and develop data models and reports to support business strategy.

Data Management & Handling

• Clean, structure, and validate large, complex datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Optimize database performance, queries, and data pipelines for efficiency.

Tools & Technologies

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using

  Metabase

  (or similar BI tools).
• Write efficient

  SQL queries

  for data extraction and manipulation.
• Utilize

  Python

  for automation, transformation, and advanced analytics.

Client Interaction

• Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, present insights, and deliver recommendations.
• Manage project timelines, expectations, and deliverables to ensure high client satisfaction.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with BI Developers, Data Engineers, and Project Managers to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience

  in data analysis, preferably in the

  e-commerce domain

  .
• Strong expertise in

  SQL

  and relational database management.
• Proficiency in

  Python

  for automation, data manipulation, and analytics.
• Experience with

  Metabase

  (or other BI/reporting tools).
• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, or machine learning.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (

  AWS, GCP, Azure

  ).
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
