Job Title: Senior Data Analyst Location: Mumbai (On-site) Experience: 3+ Years Industry Preference: E-commerce Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team in Mumbai . The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in data analytics, with a strong background in the e-commerce industry . This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can turn complex data into actionable insights to support business growth and strategy. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, operations, and finance to support data-driven decision-making. Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and regular reports. Conduct customer segmentation, funnel analysis, and campaign performance tracking. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and tools. Present insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis roles. Prior experience in the e-commerce industry is mandatory . Proficient in SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is a plus.
