settlement administration services for single event, mass tort, and class action cases with the goal of helping claimants access their settlement proceeds more efficiently and quickly. The company plans to continue leveraging technology and top tier talent to enhance customer service and offer new product lines and services.

Company is core offering is post-settlement Healthcare Lien Resolution Administration and QSF (Qualified Settlement Fund) Administration and payments processing for multi-claimant (mass tort and class action) litigation. Other services include claims administration, single event lien resolution, probate and bankruptcy coordination, release administration, medical records review, and plaintiff fact sheet and other intake/census preparation and management. It's enables law firms to focus on their litigation while ensuring that critical pre-settlement and post-settlement administration documents, services, business analytics and reporting are handled efficiently and

effectively.

DEPARTMENT: OPTECH – OPERATION/ TECHNOLOGY

POSITION LOCATION: VADODARA

POSITION SUMMARY -

The Senior Python Developer will play a key role in maintaining, updating, and optimizing a wide range of Python applications across our ecosystem. This role is critical in ensuring our systems remain reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs. The developer will collaborate closely with product owners, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIE

Application Development & and Maintenance:

 Update, enhance, and maintain existing Python applications across the company’s ecosystem.

 Refactor and modernize legacy codebases to improve performance, security, and maintainability.

 Contribute to data integration using ETL tools such as SSIS and develop reports using Power BI.

 Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:

 Debug, investigate, and resolve complex issues in production and staging environments.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement permanent fixes.

 System Integration & Optimization:

 Ensure seamless integration between Python applications and other internal or third-party systems.

 Contribute to the design and optimization of APIs, services, and database interactions.

 Collaboration & Leadership:

 Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews.

 Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, promoting best practices.

 Identify and implement potential enhancements in collaboration with stakeholders.

 Monitoring & Reporting:

 Monitor application performance, implementing improvements to enhance scalability and stability.

 Document solutions, processes, and technical decisions for knowledge sharing.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES -

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.

 Solid experience working with REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, and asynchronous programming.

 Experience in ETL Tools like SSIS and Azure Data Factory.

 Experience in reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI.

 Proficiency with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.

 Strong debugging, profiling, and optimization skills.

 Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

 Strong communication skills, able to work independently and within a team.

 Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

 Ability to take loose or incompletely defined requirements and use knowledge and experience to create a finished product.

 Ability to give effective training and presentations to project stakeholders.
