Role Overview

Manager – Purchase & Procurement

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  end-to-end procurement

  for facade and fenestration materials, including aluminium profiles, hardware, glass, sealants, and allied components.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop

  domestic and international vendor networks

  .
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and supply agreements ensuring

  cost optimization and quality assurance

  .
• Collaborate with project, design, and finance teams to align procurement timelines with project requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation, purchase orders, and delivery tracking systems.
• Monitor supplier performance, material quality, and compliance with company standards.
• Keep abreast of

  market trends, pricing fluctuations, and new technologies

  within the facade and fenestration industry.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–10 years

  of proven experience in

  purchase/procurement within the facade and fenestration industry

  — industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong technical understanding of

  aluminium systems, glass, hardware, and related accessories

  .
• Excellent

  negotiation and vendor management

  skills.
• Strong communication, documentation, and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with

  MS Office, ERP, and procurement software tools

  .

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field

  .
• Prior experience in

  architectural systems or building material procurement

  is preferred
