  • Educational Background:

  • Bachelors in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or Materials Management (preferred)


  • Experience:

  • 14-18 years in procurement/supply chain management

  • 5-7 years in a leadership role with strategic sourcing exposure in manufacturing

  • Strong exposure to electrical/electronic/electromechanical components & plastic raw materials


  • Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven leadership and team-building skills
  • Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities
