Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. - 5-10 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing setup. - Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor development, and ERP systems. - Understanding of production planning and material requirement planning (MRP). - Excellent negotiation and communication skills, along with leadership and team management capabilities. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
