Key Responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing of cotton, recycled cotton, bamboo, hemp, jute, muslin, sherpa, bio-leather, trims & packaging
• Vendor development, negotiation, rate finalisation & contract management
• Purchase budgeting, cost optimisation & margin support
• Coordination with design, sampling & production teams for timely material flow
• Vendor quality control, rejection handling & corrective actions
• Compliance with sustainability, SMETA/SEDEX & buyer standards
• Review POs, delivery schedules, GRNs & invoice reconciliation

Experience & Skills

• 5-7 years

  in textile / bag / home furnishing procurement
• Strong vendor base in

  Karur, Erode, Tirupur, Coimbatore

• Excellent negotiation, costing & planning skills
• High ownership, leadership mindset & decision-making ability

2. Assistant Purchase Manager – Fabrics & Accessories

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Execute POs for fabrics, trims, accessories & packaging
• Follow up with vendors for deliveries and timelines
• Coordinate sample & bulk material approvals
• Maintain purchase records, rate lists & consumption data
• Assist in vendor comparisons, cost sheets & negotiations
• Coordinate with stores/accounts for GRNs & billing

Experience & Skills

• 4–7 years

  in purchase / sourcing roles
• Knowledge of textile & accessory sourcing
• Strong Excel skills & attention to detail
• Good communication & follow-up discipline

• PO accuracy
• Timely follow-ups
• Zero documentation errors
