Job Summary:

Senior Psychologist

In this role, you will supervise a team of mental health professionals, provide advanced clinical oversight, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, accessible mental health services. You will also play a pivotal role in program development, client case management, and clinical training initiatives to maintain high standards of care and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Leadership & Supervision:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of psychologists, therapists, and counselors.
• Provide regular clinical supervision, performance feedback, and case consultations.
• Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and evidence-based practices.

Client Case Management & Care Oversight:

• Oversee complex client cases and provide direct psychological support when needed.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Ensure timely documentation and quality assurance in all clinical records.

Training & Development:

• Develop and deliver training modules for clinical staff on topics such as therapeutic modalities, risk assessment, and client communication.
• Support the onboarding and continuous education of new mental health professionals.

Program Development & Quality Improvement:

• Collaborate on the design and refinement of mental health programs and services.
• Monitor clinical outcomes, client satisfaction, and engagement metrics.
• Identify gaps in care delivery and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work with Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to align clinical services with user needs and platform capabilities.
• Provide expert insights on psychological content, service design, and intervention strategies.

Content & Resource Development:

• Guide the creation of psychoeducational resources, self-help tools, and therapy content.
• Ensure all client-facing materials are clinically accurate, culturally sensitive, and aligned with best practices.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in , Counseling Psychology, or a related field (PhD/PsyD preferred).
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Clinical Psychologist or equivalent in your region.
• 4–6+ years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role.
• Demonstrated expertise in individual and group therapy, assessments, and crisis intervention.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with digital mental health platforms and remote therapy models is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving healthcare environment.
