Job Description

As a Project Manager in the company, you will be responsible for leading and executing multiple complex projects simultaneously. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Project Leadership and Execution:** - Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle - Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets - Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget - **Client Relationship Management:** - Act as the main point of contact for senior-level clients - Manage client expectations and ensure high satisfaction levels - Conduct regular client meetings and provide project updates - **Team Management:** - Lead, mentor, and develop project teams - Allocate resources effectively across projects - Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment - **Financial Management:** - Develop and manage project budgets - Monitor and control project costs - Maximize project profitability while maintaining quality standards - **Risk Management:** - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks - Develop contingency plans and implement risk mitigation strategies - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies - **Stakeholder Management:** - Identify and engage with key stakeholders - Manage expectations and communicate effectively with all parties - Resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions - **Quality Assurance:** - Establish and maintain quality standards for project deliverables - Implement quality control processes - Ensure client satisfaction with project outcomes - **Business Development:** - Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities - Participate in proposal development and client presentations - Contribute to the growth and success of the PDS department **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field - 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial real estate or construction - PMP certification preferred - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite - Demonstrated ability to manage complex, large-scale projects - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience in financial management and budgeting - Knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and regulations,
