Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership and Execution:

  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior-level clients
  • Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Conduct regular client meetings and provide comprehensive project updates

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop project teams
  • Allocate resources effectively across projects
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage project budgets
  • Monitor and control project costs
  • Maximize project profitability while maintaining quality standards

Risk Management:

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
  • Develop contingency plans and implement risk mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Stakeholder Management:

  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders
  • Manage expectations and communicate effectively with all parties
  • Resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions

Quality Assurance:

  • Establish and maintain quality standards for project deliverables
  • Implement quality control processes
  • Ensure client satisfaction with project outcomes

Business Development:

  • Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities
  • Participate in proposal development and client presentations
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the PDS department

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial real estate or construction
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, large-scale projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in financial management and budgeting
  • Knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and regulations
