Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and drive the assigned projects as per the timelines and project specifications.
Timely kick off the awarded project.
Timely prepare and update, comprehensive Gantt chart for the project delivery schedule.
Regularly coordinate with cross functional teams for smooth execution of the projects and ensure transparent communication across different functions through daily/weekly meetings as well as issue-based meetings.
Prepare and update the comprehensive action tracker for the project activities.
To schedule the project update calls with the client and provide the project updates as per the cadence aligned with the client through sharepoint/emails.
To present the project status in the Project Review Meetings.
To highlight and escalate the anticipated risks and issues to the senior management and work towards mitigating this risks and issues with the respective stakeholders.
To track the budget allocated to the project and ensure alignment with the financial goals.
To ensure complete and timely documentation on project closure.
To be compliant with the timely invoice sharing with the client as per the agreement and update finance and BD for the same.

Relevant drug discovery Experience

Preferred candidate profile

M. Pharm (Pharmacology)/ MSc. (Biology background)/M.Tech

Technical & Functional:
