Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership and Execution:
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the pri y point of contact for senior-level clients
- Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of isfaction
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide comprehensive project up
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop project teams
- Allocate resources effectively across projects
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets

- Maximize project profitability while maintaining quality standards
Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
- Develop contingency plans and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Stakeholder Management:
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders
- Manage expectations and communicate effectively with all parties
- Resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions
Quality Assurance:
- Establish and maintain quality standards for project deliverables
- Implement quality control processes
- Ensure client isfaction with project outcomes
Business Development:
- Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities
- Participate in proposal development and client presentations
- Contribute to the growth and success of the PDS department
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial real estate or construction
- PMP certification preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
- De strated ability to manage complex, large-scale projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in financial management and budgeting
- Knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and regulations
