BACKGROUND
The Hans Foundation (THF), established in 2009, is a Public Charitable Trust that works towards creating an equitable society to enhance quality of life for all through the empowerment of marginalized and underprivileged communities in India. The Hans Foundation works for the Health and Wellbeing of remote and under-served groups, with an additional focus on children, persons with disabilities and women. THF also works for holistic Education and Livelihood development of our communities. Our Two-Fold Strategy involves identifying and working within Aspirational Districts and high poverty index in the North, North-East and East regions within specific states, as well as catering to lower-income and migratory populations in cities, through urban programs.
Over its 15 years of existence, THF has reached more than 35 million beneficiaries through its programs. THF works with communities through direct implementation of projects on the ground in addition to providing local management and monitoring support to not-for-profit organizations in India funded through THF USA and RIST.

OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior project Coordinator to oversee the technical and documentation aspects of a newly established dialysis centre. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, specifically in healthcare settings, and have expertise in managing technical systems and documentation processes. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient, effective operation, service quality, technical compliance, effective coordination with hospital authorities, and proper reporting and documentation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Operations and Service Delivery
- Ensure seamless daily operations at Dialysis / Renal Care Centers in assigned districts.
- Coordinate with staff, technicians, and hospital administration to ensure uninterrupted dialysis services.
- Monitor patient care processes, infection control measures, and adherence to standard treatment protocols.
- Oversee the availability of consumables, medicines, and maintenance of dialysis machines and water treatment systems.
2. Monitoring and Supervision
- Conduct periodic field visits to assess operational performance and compliance with clinical and safety standards.
- Review performance data and ensure timely reporting from all operational centers.
- Identify challenges, recommend corrective actions, and support implementation on the ground.
3. Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with district health authorities, hospital management, and partner organizations to ensure smooth program execution.
- Facilitate communication between field teams and central management for operational updates.
- Support collaboration between clinicians, technicians, and administrative staff.
4. Capacity Building and Support
- Assist in conducting training and orientation programs for Dialysis Centre staffs.
- Promote adherence to THF’s operational guidelines, quality standards, and patient safety practices.
5. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of patient services, consumables usage, and operational performance.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports, case summaries, and field visit documentation.
- Ensure proper data management and compliance with reporting protocols.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Education:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in healthcare program operations, preferably in dialysis or hospital management settings.
- Experience working with district health systems, public health programs, or clinical operations will be an advantage.
- Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary projects from inception to completion.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with renal care operations, dialysis technology, process and water treatment systems.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
- Understanding of healthcare facility design and operational workflows.
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Office-based role with frequent field visits to Renal Care Centers across assigned districts.
