Job Description

You are an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in cloud technologies, specifically Microsoft Azure or AWS, and data platforms. In this client-facing role, you will utilize your excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills to manage complex programs in cloud and data environments. Your track record should demonstrate your ability to lead cross-functional teams, deliver high-impact solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals and expectations. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing end-to-end program delivery across cloud and data initiatives. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborate with cross-functional teams, define program scope and goals, develop project plans, manage timelines and budgets, and allocate resources effectively. It will be crucial for you to identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, drive continuous improvement, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and executive leadership. To excel in this role, you should have 12-15 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in a program or project management role. Your expertise in cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS, along with experience in data platforms, data engineering, or analytics projects, will be essential. Additionally, your proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe methodologies, as well as certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent, will be beneficial. Preferred skills for this position include experience in consulting or IT services environments, familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Azure DevOps, and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, including Staff Aug projects. Your technical and functional competencies should encompass areas such as Change Management, Customer Management, Delivery Management, Domain/ Industry Knowledge, Product/Technology Knowledge, Profitability Management, Project Management, Scheduling and Resource Planning, Service Support and Maintenance, and Risk Management. In terms of certifications, having PgMP (Program Management Professional) or MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) certifications would be a plus for this role.,
