Job Title: Sr. Program Manager - Azure Experience 12-15 years Job Description: Technical Program Manager – Cloud & Data Platforms Location: Pune Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure or AWS) and data platforms. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex programs in cloud and data environments, driving cross-functional teams, and delivering high-impact solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery across cloud and data initiatives. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, DevOps, and product management. Define program scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives. Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful program execution. Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and executive leadership. Required Qualifications: 12–15 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in a program or project management role. Strong background in cloud platforms – Microsoft Azure or AWS (certifications preferred). Experience in data platforms, data engineering, or analytics projects. · Proven experience in client-facing roles, managing senior stakeholders. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe methodologies. PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certifications are a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience working in consulting or IT services environments. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Azure DevOps. Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment including Staff Aug projects.
