Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-driven Product Manager to own user retention, engagement, and core platform experiences at Univest. This role will be central to improving user lifetime value, engagement depth, and subscription stickiness across advisory, broking, and mutual fund journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive retention, engagement, and lifecycle metrics (DAU/MAU, churn, LTV, cohort retention)
  • Design and optimize core platform journeys across onboarding, discovery, portfolio tracking, alerts, and renewals
  • Build engagement loops using nudges, notifications, personalization, content, and feature adoption
  • Partner closely with data, growth, engineering, and design teams to ship high-impact product improvements
  • Use user insights, analytics, and experimentation (A/B testing) to inform product decisions
  • Define product requirements, PRDs, success metrics, and post-launch analysis
  • Improve subscription experience and renewal flows for paid users
  • Continuously enhance platform scalability, performance, and usability

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–7 years of product management experience in consumer tech, fintech, SaaS, or subscription platforms
  • Strong understanding of retention mechanics, engagement frameworks, and funnel optimization
  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using product analytics tools
  • Ability to balance strategy with execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in wealth-tech, trading, or financial products is a plus
