About the Role

Senior/Staff Product Manager

You’ll take over a critical pod that touches multiple surfaces across app, web, and communication channels. You’ll work closely with the performance marketing, analytics, engineering, and business teams to shape and execute our growth roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive New User Activation & Onboarding

• Own the

  onboarding experience

  across platforms; increase signup, personalization, and first-order rates.
• Improve install-to-purchase ratio via contextual nudges, dynamic offers, and frictionless flows.

2. Own Engagement Loops and Sale Event Amplification

• Improve repeat user participation in sale events (Pre-buzz, early access, gamification).
• Drive features that grow

  retention, app recall, and frequency of shopping

  .

3. Lead Cross-Pollination within the Nykaa Universe

• Partner with the Nykaa Beauty team to increase Fashion adoption among existing beauty customers.
• Create seamless onboarding, profile sync, and loyalty experiences across platforms.

4. Use Data to Drive Personalization and Conversion

• Build targeting and segmentation capabilities to drive relevance across journeys.
• Set up experimentation, success metrics, and continuous iteration on campaigns and product flows.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of Product Management experience in

  consumer internet

  or

  e-commerce

  companies with a strong

  growth PM

  charter.
• Proven experience in

  CRM, retention, activation, or lifecycle management

  .
• Data-first mindset with a strong grip on

  metrics, cohort analysis, segmentation, and experimentation

  .
• Comfortable working with

  cross-functional teams

  including design, engineering, marketing, and analytics.
• Ability to think both strategically and in terms of execution.

Good to Have

• Prior experience in fashion/lifestyle ecommerce or marketplaces.
• Exposure to

  loyalty programs, personalization engines

  , or

  growth toolkits

  .
• Strong product craft—documentation, research, user journeys, and execution excellence.
