Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Product Manager at HAIR RAP BY YOYO, based in Ahmedabad. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the product development lifecycle, from ideation to execution. This includes defining product vision, researching market trends, analyzing customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver innovative solutions. Additional responsibilities include managing the product roadmap, ensuring timely project deliveries, and contributing to the continuous improvement of salon services and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong product management skills, including product development, product lifecycle management, and roadmap planning
• Proficiency in research, data analysis, and trend forecasting to inform product decisions
• Excellent team collaboration, leadership, and communication abilities
• Experience in the beauty, salon, or fashion industry is highly preferred
• Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results on time and within budget
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate client needs into impactful solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous
