What will you own
You will take
full ownership of the core financial engine
of the Pice app credit card
payments and repayments
, which are the backbone of our user acquisition and monetization. You will work directly with Product and Senior Leadership, who will provide strategic
business, consumer, and market direction
while you focus on day-to-day execution of product work that drives business outcomes and sets a high bar for user experience.
Skills & Qualifications Required
- 3 7 years of
product management experience
in consumer-facing
fintech or payments apps. (Specific Experience in credit card bill payments & UPI is a plus) - Proven ability in building and scaling mobile app features with high user adoption & ability to drive 0-1 product cycles.
- Deep understanding of
digital payments (UPI, Cards, Wallets)
, lending workflows, credit rails - Solid product thinking with an ability to simplify financial complexity into intuitive flows
- Ability to deliver polished, intuitive experiences in financial/payment workflows
- Comfortable working with
compliance, operations, credit/risk teams
and backend-heavy stacks - Experience in implementing and monitoring analytics (frontend & backend)
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Asana, Notion etc
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management (across tech, design, marketing, sales)
- Must be a total Team Player. Non-negotiable.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive the
execution of critical payment and credit features
inside the Pice app - Build user journeys that are
localized, scalable, and deeply intuitive
for the Bharat audience (Tier 1 & 2) - Independently carry out the entire product cycle: idea generation, wireframe, sprint planning to tech dev, testing & release
- Drive integrations with Payment Gateways, Credit Partners and internal infrastructure
- Work with our internal credit & compliance partners to ensure fast, safe releases
- Own delivery velocity, feature quality, and post-launch monitoring
- Closely work with Product Marketing and design well-thought out GTM/feature releases to users
- Collaborate with Product Leadership on new feature idea/discovery, implementation & integration with the overall app architecture
