Senior Product Manager

intelligent automation, personalization, analytics, and decision-making

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and own the

    product vision and roadmap

    for IT and

    AI-powered products

    (apps, portals, ERP modules, analytics platforms, recommendation engines, chatbots, automation tools, etc.).
  • Align product strategy with

    RCM’s business goals, growth plans, and distributor experience

    .
  • Identify high-impact

    AI/ML use cases

    such as personalization, fraud detection, sales insights, demand forecasting, content intelligence, and distributor engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to digitize, automate, and enhance business processes.
  • Ensure AI initiatives align with

    RCM’s business objectives, ethics, data privacy, and scalability requirements

    .

Stakeholder & Business Alignment

  • Work closely with business leaders to understand complex workflows and convert them into

    clear, technically sound product requirements

    .
  • Act as a bridge between

    business teams and technical teams

    , ensuring shared understanding of scope, constraints, and trade-offs.
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on

    business impact, technical feasibility, and long-term architecture

    .

Technical Ownership & Developer Collaboration

  • Possess strong technical understanding to

    discuss architecture, APIs, databases, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and AI models

    with developers.
  • Translate business needs into

    detailed PRDs, BRDs, user stories, data requirements, and acceptance criteria

    .
  • Review technical designs, validate assumptions, and support developers in making optimal implementation decisions.

Product Development & Delivery

  • Collaborate with developers, designers, QA, and vendors to ensure

    timely and high-quality product delivery

    .
  • Own and manage

    backlogs, sprint planning, releases, and change requests

    .
  • Ensure solutions are

    scalable, secure, compliant, and performance-driven

    .

User Experience & Adoption

  • Focus on

    user-centric design

    for distributors, leaders, and internal users.
  • Continuously improve product usability, engagement, and adoption through feedback and data analysis.
  • Support training, documentation, and communication for new features and releases.

Data, Metrics & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and track

    product KPIs

    (usage, adoption, performance, satisfaction).
  • Use insights to drive continuous improvements and innovation.
  • Stay updated with

    latest digital, IT, and direct-selling technology trends

    .

Key Skills & Competencies

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong understanding of

    software development lifecycle (SDLC)

    and Agile methodologies.
  • Hands-on exposure to

    AI/ML concepts

    , including model lifecycle, training vs inference, data pipelines, and evaluation metrics.
  • Experience integrating

    AI services, APIs, LLMs, or third-party platforms

    into enterprise products.
  • Experience with

    web and mobile applications

    , ERP/CRM systems, APIs, and integrations.
  • Ability to write

    PRDs, BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

    .
  • Familiarity with data analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools is an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field

    (MBA preferred).
  • 5–10 years

    of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or IT Product roles.
  • Prior experience in

    retail consumer platforms

    is a plus.
  • Experience working with

    cross-functional teams and external vendors
