Position Summary

We are seeking a highly driven Product Manager to take full ownership of the product lifecycle for a core component of our SaaS platform. This role is responsible for shaping the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while ensuring alignment with company goals.

The Product Manager will act as the bridge between engineering, design, and commercial teams, driving product initiatives that deliver measurable value to customers and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
• Translate business strategy, market insights, and user research into detailed requirements, user stories, and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery from conception to launch and continuous iteration.
• Prioritize features and manage the product backlog based on market demand, feasibility, and business value.
• Act as the voice of the customer by conducting interviews, analyzing feedback, and synthesizing market research.
• Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and guide future improvements.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams for go-to-market execution, product launches, and positioning.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to ensure product relevance and differentiation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle; hands-on experience in agile methodologies.
• Technical background or degree in Computer Science/Engineering (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; adept at leveraging data for decision-making.
• Proficiency with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Preferred Qualities

• Experience in startup or high-growth SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, user onboarding flows, and customer journey optimization.
• Strong business acumen and a customer-first mindset.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
