Position: Senior Product Manager - India ( Entertainment Tech)

As a key interface between markets and leadership, you’ll shape the roadmap for growth and innovation in the entertainment and creator-economy space.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the India-focused product roadmap across

    iOS, Android, and Web

    .
  • Lead

    new product development

    — from ideation to MVP to scaled rollout.
  • Conduct

    market research

    , competitor benchmarking, and TAM/SAM/SOM analysis.
  • Define and optimize key metrics:

    acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and churn.

  • Collaborate with global teams across time zones to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Lead

    go-to-market strategy

    , including pricing, positioning, and feature launches.
  • Partner with engineering on

    payment systems, in-app communication

    , and

    WhatsApp integrations

    .
  • Represent the organization at industry events as a

    brand and product ambassador.

Core Competencies:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in

    consumer tech / mobile-first products

    (e.g., Swiggy, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
  • Proven success in

    subscription-based app launches

    and

    data-driven product management.

  • Proficiency in

    SQL, Excel, BI tools, Figma, Jira, Confluence, and Miro.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills with a hands-on, collaborative mindset.
  • Experience working with

    global stakeholders

    and distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with

    payments, CRM tools

    , and

    local consumer behavior in India.

  • Bonus: Experience in the

    entertainment, creator-economy, or casting platforms.
