Checkout our web app , android app and iOS app Key Responsibilities: Create and implement product strategies that are in line with the objectives of the organisation. Analyse and conduct market research to pinpoint opportunities and trends as well as client needs. Work together to create and implement product roadmaps with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing, and sales). Create and update product documentation, including specs, user stories, and use cases Define product needs and prioritise features based on user feedback and data. From concept to launch, oversee the product development process to make sure that products are delivered on time Utilise data to guide future product decisions by analysing metrics for product performance and user engagement. Develop product positioning and messaging in close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams. Keep an eye on market developments and rival products to spot potential risks and opportunities. Key Attributes Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working in a startup or fast-paced setting with at least 4 years of experience in product management or a related function Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities Proven capacity to manage many projects and responsibilities Knowledge of Agile development techniques Knowledge of user research and data analysis techniques, as well as product management software like Jira, Trello, or Asana 32nd is committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcome!
