Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Ensure resource availability and allocation for all project phases. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and performance. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Report and escalate issues to management as needed. Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders to ensure satisfaction. Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is required. Professional Project Management Certification (PMP/CAPM/CPM/MPM) from an accredited institution is preferred. Minimum 10 years in managing real estate projects, including overseeing the entire project lifecycle from conceptualization to completion. Experience in selecting, evaluating, and managing relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure they meet project specifications and timelines. Demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methodologies. In-depth understanding of construction processes, cost drivers, interior design principles, and fit-out specifications and building operations to effectively oversee project execution and ensure compliance with quality standards. Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards is crucial. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills; proficient in both written and verbal communication. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, team members, and upper management. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. A strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising departmental teams. Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment that promotes teamwork. Proven managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to predict challenges proactively and seek solutions to head off obstacles. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Strong working knowledge of project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) and other relevant tools for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation. Show more Show less
