(A Samsara Group Company) Location: Surat About the Role We are looking for a qualified and experienced Project Manager with a background in Civil Engineering to oversee and manage infrastructure and construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and monitor civil engineering projects ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget. Lead cross-functional teams including contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Review project documentation including drawings, specifications, schedules, and reports. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and environmental standards. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and government authorities for approvals and inspections. Manage procurement of materials and services, and oversee site activities. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress. Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum 15-20 years of experience in project management within the civil engineering or construction sector. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project planning tools, and contract management. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
