Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor civil engineering projects ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams including contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Review project documentation including drawings, specifications, schedules, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and government authorities for approvals and inspections.
• Manage procurement of materials and services, and oversee site activities.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 15-20 years of experience in project management within the civil engineering or construction sector.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project planning tools, and contract management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
