Role Description

Senior Product Developer

cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Technology Expertise (Must Have)

The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on or architectural experience in the following areas:

Backend & APIs

Node.js
(REST APIs, asynchronous processing, microservices)
PHP
(CodeIgniter / Laravel preferred)
API design best practices, including
REST standards, versioning, and idempotency

Databases & Data Handling

MySQL / PostgreSQL
(query optimization, indexing, transactions)
Ledger-based systems and
reconciliation logic
Data consistency, concurrency, and integrity handling

Payments & Fintech

Payment flows including
Pay-In, Pay-Out, and Wallet systems
Transaction lifecycle management
Multi-currency
processing
Webhooks and callbacks
Understanding of
PCI-DSS and payment security best practices

Scalability & Security

Designing
scalable, fault-tolerant systems
Secure authentication and authorization mechanisms
Rate limiting, logging, and monitoring
Handling retries, failures, and
idempotent API workflows

DevOps & Cloud (Good to Have)

Git and
CI/CD pipelines
Docker
and containerized environments
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (
AWS, GCP, or Azure
)
