Key Responsibilities: Own End-to-End Sales Execution Manage the complete sales cyclefrom prospecting and qualification to product demos, negotiation and closure. Drive Lead Generation and Pipeline Building Proactively generate leads through cold calling, outbound campaigns, email outreach and LinkedIn networking to build a strong sales pipeline. Collaborate Cross-Functionally for Sales Success Work with Marketing to align on campaigns, with Product for solution fit and with Customer Success to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention. Experience in lead generation , cold calling and consultative selling to CEOs and HR Leaders. Hands-on experience using sales tools like Apollo.io , Zoho CRM , LinkedIn Sales Navigator . Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills—comfortable with CXO-level conversations. Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving goals and autonomy.
