Key Responsibilities: Own End-to-End Sales Execution Manage the complete sales cyclefrom prospecting and qualification to product demos, negotiation and closure. Drive Lead Generation and Pipeline Building Proactively generate leads through cold calling, outbound campaigns, email outreach and LinkedIn networking to build a strong sales pipeline. Conduct Consultative Selling Understand client needs and challenges to position Umwelt.ai’s platform as a tailored, value-driven solution to improve employee experience. Engage Decision-Makers and Influencers Establish relationships with key HR and business stakeholders (CEOs, CHROs, HR Heads, People Ops leads) to drive trust and influence buying decisions. Meet and Exceed Sales Targets Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly sales quotas, maintain pipeline health and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting on ZohoCRM. Collaborate Cross-Functionally for Sales Success Work with Marketing to align on campaigns, with Product for solution fit and with Customer Success to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention. Key Result Areas (KRAs): New Customer Acquisition Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals through consultative selling, tailored pitches, and strong negotiation. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management Consistently build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline Revenue Target Achievement Meet or exceed assigned revenue goals through consultative selling, tailored pitches, and strong negotiation. Sales Activity Execution Maintain a high level of daily sales activities—calls, emails, meetings, demos and track all activity diligently in CRM tools for visibility and forecasting. Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop Capture insights from prospects and clients about industry needs, product feedback, and competitive landscape, and share actionable feedback with product, marketing, and leadership to refine positioning and features. Key Requirements: 5–8 years of proven experience in B2B sales , preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, enterprise software solutions or consulting. Strong track record of achieving sales targets, closing mid-to-large value deals and managing the full sales cycle. Experience in lead generation , cold calling and consultative selling to CEOs and HR Leaders. Hands-on experience using sales tools like Apollo.io , Zoho CRM , LinkedIn Sales Navigator . Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills—comfortable with CXO-level conversations. Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving goals and autonomy. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred, especially in Business, Marketing or HR.
