Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities & Duties

• Execute production of furniture and home accessories with strong focus on finishing and quality.
• Possess in-depth understanding of materials and manufacturing processes such as sheet fabrication, casting, wirework, and finishes including painting, powder coating, and electroplating.
• Skilled in designing and executing furniture in Knock Down (KD) format.
• Coordinate with craftsmen, designers, and production staff to ensure high-quality construction, especially in metal and wood.
• Evaluate pricing, costing, purchasing, safety standards, materials, and manufacturing techniques.
• Resolve consumer feedback and improve existing designs.
• Take ownership from design to successful prototyping.
• Plan and organize schedules based on resource availability.
• Ensure timely delivery while working closely with designers and production teams.
• Manage workload independently and meet critical project deadlines.
• Apply creative problem-solving skills and present multiple solutions.

Business Development & Client Handling

• Develop and manage domestic and international B2B clients including buying agents, export houses, wholesalers, interior firms, retailers, hospitality, corporates, and builders.
• Handle client queries, sampling, pricing, documentation, negotiations, and order follow-ups.
• Prepare professional emails, pitch decks, product descriptions, and proposals.
• Maintain CRM pipelines and data using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Identify new revenue channels and support marketing initiatives to improve conversions.
• Visit clients across Delhi NCR and other markets.
• Represent the brand at trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B expos.
• Gather market insights to support product development.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate from a reputed design institute.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, Rhino, AutoCAD, Lumion, InDesign, Excel.
• Strong communication, presentation, and sales-closing skills.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools.
• Existing network with buying agents/export houses is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel for meetings, exhibitions, and trade fairs.
• Positive, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
