Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Chatbot Strategy

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end data analysis for various product initiatives, from hypothesis generation to presenting results and recommendations.
• Design and analyze

  A/B tests

  and other experiments (MAB) to measure the impact of new features and product changes.
• Utilize

  statistical methods

  (descriptive and inferential analysis) to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain key product metrics (

  Conversion Rate, Retention, LTV, Unit Economics

  ) to track performance and identify areas for improvement [Hiring Note, cite: 16].
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership across different time zones (US/Ukraine).
• Create impactful visualizations and dashboards using

  PowerBI or Tableau

  to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Conduct advanced modeling, including

  NLP

  (Natural Language Processing) and

  Text mining

  , would be preferable.

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience

• Experience:

  8+ years

  of relevant experience in

  Data and Product Analytics

• 5+ years

  of experience in

  e-commerce/customer experience products

• Proficiency in analysis and business modeling using

  Excel.

• Experience with

  Google Analytics, BigQuery, Google Ads, PowerBI or Tableau and Python / R

  would be a plus.
• Experience with

  SQL

  with a strong ability to write complex queries to extract information and arrive at an answer
• Expertise in Descriptive

  Statistical Analysis, Inferential Statistical Analysis

• Strong experience in setting up and driving

  A/B Testing or Hypothesis Testing

  and analyzing the results.
• Ability to translate analysis results into business recommendations, and excellent written and confident verbal communication skills.
• Deep understanding of

  core product metrics (Conversion Rate, Retention, LTV, Unit Economics).

• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and partners from variety of business functions.
• Advanced English level

🎓 Qualifications
