Here’s What You’ll Do
- Lead Engineer is assigned to a project as a key member of the HVAC design team who will be doing engineering activities to carry out HVAC design work based on standard company procedure / other procedures
- He is also responsible for ensuring that the Group’s technical policies, are followed, considering any special contractual requirements.
- Timely completion of design and engineering deliverables.
- Job responsibilities include Heat load calculation in excel and Trace, Area Classification, Pressure Zoning and AHU Zoning, HVAC Room Book (Summary of Heat load & Design parameters), Reheating capacities, Calculations of Exfiltration and Infiltration air, Preparation of Air Flow Diagrams, Duct, and piping pressure drop calculations and Ducting Quantity, Pump Head calculation.
- Preparation and Checking of BMS logic Diagrams, Creating P&ID, and AF&ID sheets.
- Leading Inter discipline coordination & Client Meetings and preparation of meeting notes.
- Maintaining Hold List / Comments Logs & CRS / Assumption List time to time for each project.
- Should have very strong communication skills.
- Develop working relationships across various disciplines & adherence to Dept. /Discipline Working Instructions and Quality Systems.
- Working within company budgets.
- Monitor & check, that the work and progress is in-compliance with the project requirements and schedule.
- Client relationship management. Meet client expectations and maintain long-term relationship with client. Attend to client’s feedback and any complaints.
- Preparation of Audit Documents.

Here’s What You Need
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering Discipline with a minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC designing field. Candidates should possess knowledge in carrying out basic and detailed engineering work. Candidate should have technical & working knowledge of HVAC designing for pharma industry, FMCG & Microelectronics projects.
