About The Opportunity

We are hiring an on-site Pre-Sales Executive (Telecaller) to join a fast-paced fashion-media recruitment environment. This role is ideal for results-driven telesales professionals who can qualify leads, drive candidate and client engagement, and convert interest into scheduled interviews and closed opportunities.Role & Responsibilities
  • Make high-volume outbound and handle inbound calls to qualify leads, capture candidate details, and assess client requirements against role briefs.
  • Manage end-to-end pre-sales outreach: prospecting, lead qualification, appointment setting, and scheduling interviews or client demos.
  • Update and maintain accurate lead and candidate records in CRM; log call notes, follow-ups and activity in real time.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Talent teams to prioritize leads, escalate hot prospects, and support fast conversion cycles.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs — call volumes, conversion rates, appointments set, and lead-to-placement ratios.
  • Provide timely market feedback and insights to improve scripts, lead lists, and outreach campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 3+ years of telesales, pre-sales, or telecalling experience — preferably in BPO, Edtech, Proptech.
  • Proven track record of cold calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting against measurable targets.
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs and disciplined CRM hygiene.
  • Comfortable using auto-dialer systems and VoIP softphone tools for high-volume outreach.
  • Strong data entry and reporting ability using MS Excel Dialler and CRM reporting features.
  • Fluent in English and at least one major Indian language relevant to target markets.

Preferred

  • Experience with CRM platforms and lead-scoring workflows.
  • Prior exposure in any BPO.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Calendar) and basic sales automation tools.
